I cannot recommend global pet transportation enough. They made the process of getting our dog from Germany to Kentucky simple and easy. From the moment I got a quote (which was very reasonable compared to other pet shippers) to the moment they brought our dog back to us in Kentucky, they were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had.
J Lund, Peter, and Cezary were all amazing while caring for our boy. I received regular updates about my dog while he was traveling and could tell they genuinely care for the animals they are in charge of transporting. I cannot imagine the stress we would have been under trying to get our dog transported overseas and will definitely use this company again if we ever have to get our dog from one place to another.
Even when the family didn't have our itinerary, they reassured us that our dog would be taken care of for as long as needed to get our flights. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Quick to respond to all questions. Professional, friendly, and efficient. They picked up our dog from our front door in Kansas and delivered her to our door at our new residence in Italy. Our dog does not warm up to people easily and got along great with her transporter. We got daily videos of her and updated information on her travels. They assisted our vet with the international paperwork/certificate. We absolutely can’t recommend them enough! We will use them for all future trips and we 100% recommended to anyone needing their service!
I 100% recommend Global Pet Transportation for bringing my 2 large dogs with Giant crates from California to Italy. It was difficult to find flights that accepts giant crates so I decided to shopped around for quotes and found that they offered the best price out there. Going for a pet shipper eliminated all the unnecessary stress related to pet travel.
After the dogs were picked up from the house, we had to delay our flights due to Italian visas not being delivered on time by the postal service. Talked to J and J was very understanding, responsive and flexible. They provided boarding services for 2 weeks until we were able to make it to Italy. They also offered one of the best boarding prices around.
The whole time, they provided me with photos and videos of the dogs and ensured that they took well care of them. Tolek was the one who picked them up and dropped them off and was exceptional. My pups love him and he also minimized any inconveniences that came up.
Overall, I cannot express enough how satisfied and grateful I am to them for transporting my dogs safely across the globe and for taking all the stress off my shoulders associated with pet travel. Thank you very much!
I recommend this service. I however didn’t use this service to transport my dogs but Mr. Lund was very helpful, knowledgeable, and knows what he’s doing and talking about. I however would use their service for my PCS back to the states when the times comes.
