PSC’ing can be very stressful! Especially with having a pet. GPT was a huge help in shipping our dog nova from Spain to Washington state! Super friendly and helpful! Always gave updates on their whereabouts and how our dog was doing. If I had any question they responded back immediately! I was stressed about all the paper work & customs forms but they walked me through it with ease. I didn’t have a single worry because I knew our pet was in good hands. I highly recommend GPT! They just transported my Great Pyrenees (Leia) from the US to France then to her final destination, the UK. I was really worried for Leia to travel because Leia is such a big baby (she is scared of everything) and usually barks at new people but she didn’t with them! They did amazing with her! She was taken on walks before and after her flight (I was sent videos and updated throughout her travel). After Leia landed in France her tapeworm treatment had expired for entering the UK and GPT handled that and got it all taken care of and she was on her way to the UK afterwards with no issues! She arrived happy and healthy. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs to transport their pet! :)

Global Pet Transportation was amazing. As PCS’s are already stressful taking the dogs overseas adds another level of stress. I reached out to them a week and a half before travel and they helped us get everything done. When J came to pick our dogs up I could tell they would be in good hands. Sure enough from miami to south korea the dogs are back with us and are as happy as can be. I would 100% recommend them. Before going with them in a facebook group I asked if anyone had used their services and about 12 people other people commented about how well they were. The reason everyone speaks so highly of them is because they truly are amazing. Update of the dogs including pictures and videos can ease the anxiety and stress of this trip.

This was his first time traveling overseas and, since our dog is really anxious, we were quite worried when we had to start planning this trip. But we are happy we trusted all the good reviews here, because everyone at Global Pet Transportation was great and took really good care of Cheddar.
J was always ready to answer all our questions, both through call and email, and kept updating us with pictures and videos throughout the whole process. Cezary and Peter took really good care of Cheddar while accompanying him from Germany to Florida. They were both very nice with him and we couldn’t be more grateful.
Cheddar arrived happy, healthy and not too stressed.
They all made this PCS way less stressful for us and, most importantly, for our baby.

Global Pet transportation went above and beyond getting our fur babies to Okinawa,Japan from California. J reached out personally and answered any questions I had about the process before moving forward. They were fast, efficient, and so knowledgeable. Our dogs are our family and entrusting them to someone else was not easy, but GPT set my anxious mind at ease and ensured the process was as stress-free as possible. Not gonna lie, pet shipping can be extremely expensive, however Global Pet Transportation was the most reasonable without added fees for every little thing. They were transparent and even provided the proper metal crate at no extra cost to make sure our pets met every requirement. One of the best things about this company was the constant communication. Throughout the journey we got regular updates with pictures and videos and J and his employees were always available to answer questions. They truly treated our babies as their own and for that I could not be more grateful. We are already talking about using GPT for our return to the states! Do yourself a favor and reach out if you need help transporting your pets!
Global pet transport was absolutely phenomenal in caring and transporting our Newfoundland Everest from Seattle Washington to RAF Croughton UK. Everest is a very large breed and Kuba and J were so knowledgeable and attentive to her care. We had clear communication her whole transit which truly eased our minds. We highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!
Great experience. I have an English Bulldog and transporting him internationally is a stressful process. J went above and beyond and made sure Tyson made it home. In my case, everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. From missing rabies documents, to usda package not arriving on the estimated date to transportation delays. If it was not supposed to happen it did, but J went above and beyond to make sure we got Tyson safe and healthy.
Would definitely recommend and plan to use again once we PCS to our next duty station.
Hands down the best experience. 15/10 recommend. We ran into complications shipping our pups ourselves and was given Global Pet Transport as a recommendation. They maintained communication with us the entire way and provided videos when able. We had a flight cancellation and would have been lost if we were on our own. Global Pet Transportation kept us up to date and navigated the hiccups with ease. Our pups came home to us happy and healthy (even all rested!). We will definitely contact them for our next move!
Hands down one of the best businesses around. The people they employ are so kind and genuine. They handled our anxious dogs with so much care and compassion. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking at pet transport options. They were flexible when our plans changed due to our international health certificates not arriving on time. They got our dogs safely from Oklahoma to Phoenix to Paris to Warsaw to Ramstein, Germany. We’ll definitely use them again when we move back to the U.S.
