In the midst of packing out our house and getting ready to move overseas in 10 days we found out our big boy (92 pound German Shepherd) would not be able to fly with us! I quickly reached out to several pet transportation companies. Only two responded and only one was able and willing to work with our crazy schedule. GPT never hesitated to say it was doable and could definitely help us. It was a crazy 5 day trip for my boy and when we were reunited he was happy, healthy, and tried to climb back into his crate in the van that brought him to us 😆 💝
We used Global Pet for our girl Whiskey both going to Italy and leaving and they were amazing! We had to move during the summer which is nerve racking in general but adding a pet adds an extra layer of worry due to weather embargoes from differing countries. They picked her up at our door, provided a crate for her (for an extra cost, and we provided bedding and any other comfort items), drove her to an airport she could comfortably and safely fly out of, then landed and drove down and delivered her to our front door. During the trip they were attentive to her, and sent photo/videos any chance they got. They also were very transparent and communicated with me every step of the way during the trip. They took care of her like she was theirs and I would definitely recommend using them again. We are quite happy with their services
Our family just went through the most stressful event we have ever faced. Moving from Alabama to Germany with a 4 month old and two dogs. Global Pet Transportation was recommended on a pcs page dedicated to help pet owners safely transport their pets. Reaching out to GPT was the best decision we could have made. Our girls were taken care of and given back to us in Germany happy and healthy. We are so very grateful and can't recommend them enough.
Since we moved during hot summer months, when trying to bring the dog on the airline ourselves was impossible, Global Pet Transportation saved us so much hassle. I contacted other pet movers who were recommended from friends, but they couldn’t provide specific answers to my questions and didn’t leave me feeling assured that they could actually get my pet moved during the hot summer months without having to leave my dog behind in the case of a heat embargo. Global Pet Transportation didn’t blink an eye at our request. We left our dog in their hands and they found the best route for her to return home safely and on time. With all the obligations of moving, I’m so glad we trusted our dog to Global Pet Transport ation. In addition, their fee was very competitive with other fees out there who don’t even provide door-to-door service.

We were moving to Germany and the stress of bringing our 2 dogs was really weighing on us. One in particular, our big dog has really bad separation anxiety especially in new places. He’s a super large 120 lbs and even getting him to the airport just seemed like a whole ordeal. Global Pet Transportation was by far the most affordable and they even provided a crate for our large pup, along with door to door service. They answered all our questions when it came to the crate we had for our other day and the things that were needed. We were in Germany first and they picked up our dogs, sent us pictures and they sent videos during the day leading up to actual delivery of our pups. We were told an estimated delivery time the day of and I was updated throughout the day. I am so happy that we finally have our dogs and our family is whole!
I strongly recommend Global Pet Transportation. They were easy to communicate with and they handled my dog very well in a stressful time. Our flight was delayed for 3 days yet they were patient and accommodating of our situation when we were delayed in retrieving our dog from them.
We’re extremely happy with our pet shipment. Belgium to the US was a difficult move, GPT made it a lot easier not having to worry about our dogs. They picked them up and provided a crate for our larger dog. They dropped them off directly at our door, happy and healthy!
I would highly recommend Mr. Lund and his team to anyone looking to get their babies from one long move to the next. We moved from South Korea to Italy and our pups were picked up and dropped off at our doorstep, literally. I was really impressed that they literally took a flight directly to our pups. The last shipping company we used still had us dropping the pets off and doing extra stuff but not with Global Pet. They took care of literally everything. I appreciated all the pictures and updates throughout the process. Highly satisfied!
