I couldn’t have asked for better service. They picked up my dogs right from my doorstep in Italy, and even helped me chase one down when he slipped away. I received constant video updates throughout the trip, and they delivered them safely to the main gate at my new duty station. Highly recommend them. They couldn’t fly into our nearest airport, so they drove them 6 hours from Denver!
Global Pet Transportation got our Golden Retriever all the way from the UK to Idaho door to door! We looked at other companies before choosing Global and none offered door to door!.. They wouldn't even get him in the same state!! Global Pet Transportation was also the most responsible priced for all they offered.. Sending updates, pictures, videos and locations through the whole journey.. Even working with us and our vet to get all the correct paperwork needed and were very flexible when dates or locations needed to be changed (PCSing hiccups).. The guy bringing our Apollo was very friendly and comfortable/patient with our timid boy.. Honestly, I was pretty worried he'd be traumatized from the journey but he got here happy and healthy!.. Highly recommend Global Pet Transportation! We have a pretty big Siberian Husky that needed transported from Houston, Texas all the way to the United Kingdom! While it is already so stressful sending your pet this far, Global Pet Transportation made this experience so easy. Especially for this stressed pregnant lady! They helped the entire time with the difficult paperwork/ vet visits. They responded very quickly, even with the time zone differences. They are affordable and included many things in their package that other companies do not. They updated me the entire time and sent pictures & videos of my fluffy boy! Global Pet Transportation took so much stress off a very stressful move! Moving during government shutdown, they worked with us when plane tickets were changed. The same person took the dogs from Italy and dropped them off in the US. From the very beginning, they made us feel comfortable. They took pictures all along the way and gave us constant updates. My dog Betty travelled from Co. of Dominica to the UK, she was unused to traveling and arrived safe and sound after planes, ferry and car journeys. Several videos and conversations which assured me she was very well cared for. The paperwork and border transitions were handled with efficiency and when she did arrive she was in very good spirits and ridiculously pleased to see me, a very emotional reunion. After they ended the patriot express at Rota we were scrambling to figure out a way to get our 2 large dogs back stateside from Spain. J and his team provided door to door transportation, love and care to our pups. We got daily updates and little videos to see how they were doing. Their pricing was better than many we had compared to. It was also helpful that they provided the crates at no extra cost! Highly recommend!!

We recently had to PCS to Italy, and one of my biggest worries was figuring out how to safely transport our two large dogs overseas. Rehoming was never an option—they’re part of our family—so when we realized that due to their size we couldn’t book everything ourselves, we were stressed and unsure what to do.
On very short notice, we got in contact with Global Pet Transportation, and they were absolutely amazing. They immediately worked with us to arrange a flight as soon as we provided the necessary documentation. While we prepared for our move and settled into Italy, they cared for our dogs, kept us updated with regular video check-ins, and made sure they were well-fed and comfortable.
When our pups finally arrived a few days after we did, it was such a relief to see how well they had been looked after. They were happy, healthy, and clearly had bonded with the team who cared for them along the way. I can tell they miss the people who showed them so much love and attention.

J and his team were amazing moving our two large breed dogs from the US to italy. The price was MORE than reasonable and the cheapest I was able to find. They helped with making sure we got the health certificates done at a certain time so they would be good when they flew. They sent daily videos and pictures of our babies. J and the team also administered medication to our 13 year old dog. Communication was clear, easy, and really put my mama heart at ease. Both boys showed up happy and healthy! Would recommend them to anyone moving their pets and we will to use them in the future for any moves.
While there were a couple of hiccups along the way, Global Pet Transportation got by 2 large breed babies from Italy to my parents in the US successfully for a reasonable price. They provided daily videos and even went as far as to buy new dog food and pill pockets and offered to pick up new meds when Paris customs refused to let the provided dog food and meds on their connecting flight.
